What Higher-Ed Institutions Need from AV Integrators

From lecture capture and remote learning to flipped and hybrid classrooms, applications for video in higher-ed abound. Thus, so do opportunities for colleges and universities to differentiate their program offerings and better serve students.

Considering the physical-distancing requirements we’ve seen over the last couple years, it’s no mystery why schools are using video to a greater extent than ever before. And this trend will only continue, according to Kaltura’s State of Video in Education 2022 report. In fact, over half of respondents expressed an intent to leverage video even more going forward. Tuning Out the Noise – Overcoming Your Fears in Business

We all experience fear in some way, shape or form. What differentiates us is how we react to that fear, and as Jimmy Iovine says above, it can be very powerful if you are able to figure out how to use fear as a force instead of an obstacle. Now, I am not talking about your fear of snakes, spiders or even commitment. While all are considered rather typical, I wanted to address some of the fears we encounter in our professional lives, why they exist in the first place and how we can possibly overcome them to achieve greater success!
