Internet Sales of ZeeVee AV over IP and IP Streaming Products Are NOT Authorized
ZeeVee is a leading provider of AV distribution technology. The company has transformed the digital video industry with its award-winning encoders, decoders, and software solutions for the pro AV and IT marketplace. Integrators and consultants rely on ZeeVee for its innovative, cost-effective, and easy-to-install AV over IP and RF distribution platforms for their corporate, higher education, government, healthcare, casino, museum, hospitality, and retail customers.
Professional System Integrators who represent ZeeVee products are trained to be proficient in adding them to their overall customer-specific solution. They have the knowledge to configure IP networks and RF infrastructure to support audio and video distribution. They are also experienced in navigating the complex dynamics that can exist when integrating various technologies and devices in a sophisticated electronics system. ZeeVee does not sell our products directly to consumers.
The ONE exception:
Dealers that sell RF modulators that are sourced from authorized ZeeVee Distributors are authorized. When in doubt, please visit www.zeevee.com or contact ZeeVee directly to inquire about authorized dealers in your area.
WARRANTY NOTE: Any ZeeVee AV over IP or IP streaming products sold through online retailers do not have any warranty, nor will they be eligible for any service or support.
Websites that are NOT authorized to sell ZeeVee products
- Amazon.com - ZeeVee does NOT authorize ZeeVee products listed for sale on Amazon.com.
ZeeVee products that are sold online and described as New or Factory "A” Stock, etc. may be one of the following:
- Used
- Stolen
- Damaged
- Refurbished or "B Stock"
- Discontinued
- Counterfeit
In many cases, products sold online will have their serial number removed or altered by the unauthorized reseller. Removal or tampering of serial numbers on ZeeVee products is strictly prohibited. It will cause the automatic voiding of any warranty and denial of any ZeeVee service or support.
Online Auctions
The ZeeVee factory warranty is not transferable; therefore, please be aware that any warranty will not cover used ZeeVee products purchased on auction sites such as eBay®, Craigslist®, or Facebook Marketplace®. Also, the ZyPer Management Platform, sold with hardware or as a VM Ware instance, is only legally available directly from ZeeVee. It is licensed and distributed to authorized ZeeVee ProAV and IT integrators only. The ZyPer Management Platform is required to program all ZeeVee control products.
If you plan on selling your ZeeVee product on one of these auction websites:
- You are not allowed to use any ZeeVee copyrighted images or text.
- Please notify potential buyers that they need to hire a professional system integrator to program and install their ZeeVee products.
- Notify the potential buyer that the product warranty is not transferrable.
ZeeVee urges you to use diligence and common sense when purchasing ZeeVee products online, as it is likely that you will be unsatisfied with the results.
