Sharing the Knowledge That Moves All of Our Businesses Forward

by Joe Chordas, ZeeVee’s vice president, North American Sales & Marketing

One thing we’re very proud of as a company is the fact that we actually listen to our partners and customers, which allows us to understand their wants and needs. More importantly, we act on what we hear. For instance, it was feedback from the field that led us to begin our robust series of SIGNAL Session and Certified Solution Partner Training webinars at the outset of the pandemic in Spring 2020 when it was clear that it would not be possible to meet with distributors, integrators and end-users in person.

Fast forward two years and the program we created features multiple sessions each month that remain well-attended. In addition, we regularly get positive feedback that the education and training we’re providing is making a difference in our partners’ and customers’ businesses. We have heard that participants often refer their customers to our sessions and sometimes even attend them a second time as a refresher on the latest AV signal distribution technologies as well as our products.

Now, based on more feedback from the field, we are excited to announce the expansion of our Certified Solution Partner Training sessions that cover network and control system topics beginning in October. New to the fold are:

  • AVoIP-Based Network Design, which will give attendees an introduction to IP network switches and important concepts regarding the design and installation of high performance AV IP networks. Attendees will receive 1.0 AVIXA CTS credits for attending.
  • AV Control Integration and APIs, which will share details about what APIs are, why they are important and examples of how they work. Furthermore, this course explores AV control systems and how they work together with APIs for the operation of AV system hardware. Attendees will receive 1.0 AVIXA CTS credits for attending.

These new programs will not only further augment your understanding of the vast possibilities of AVoIP networks and AV system control but put you in a better position to deploy projects that meet and exceed your customers’ expectations.

We invite you all to join us for these sessions in October and we’re very interested in getting your take on them – not just what you liked, but what could make them even better.

Looking forward to seeing you online.
