With its late 19th century style, Punch is one of the largest leased pub and bar operators in the United Kingdom. As a means to enhance their customer experience, Punch is undergoing a major refurbishment to its pubs across the UK, targeting 250 per year. Punch sought to enhance their customer experience by adding a network of screens and projectors to show video from Sky Sports, FreeView channels as well as camera feeds from local games showcasing in-house Darts and Pool tournaments.
For over 20 years, Glory Days sports themed American grills have provided an award-winning menu of freshly prepared appetizers, desserts and entrees with entertainment appealing to all ages. Each restaurant has an abundance of televisions to watch the big game, news, cartoons or just about anything that’s worth watching, along with the latest interactive tableside games.
AV over IP through existing network simplifies implementation
The customer, a FTSE-quoted global manufacturing company, sought a one-way video communications network, primarily to eliminate the need for staff attending the quarterly ‘town hall’ presentations by the CEO to gather together in a single location.
Like many medical facilities, MedCentral Health System in Mansfield, Ohio, works hard to stay connected to staff, patients, and their families. It is an organization employing 2,000 people in three facilities in two cities. The main hospital spans multiple floors, with surgery, emergency and treatment rooms spread throughout covering hundreds of thousands of square feet.
Liberty Baptist Church just completed phase 3 of a church expansion. Phase 3 includes a 72,485 square foot Worship C enter with state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting technology, theatre-style seating for 3,000 people, a large stage area that features Paragon’s modular choir riser systems, and panoramic video screens in cased in custom stage sets. A 20,253 square foot, free-standing Student Center with gaming stations, hang-out space, café, indoor basketball court and two worship rooms designed specifically for middle and high school students complete the current expansion.

The 25,000 square foot facility was designed to create a stadium-like experience for customers – being touted as the “world’s largest LED video wall” measuring 20 feet tall and 240 feet wide and comprising 1,640 2.5-millimeter Christie Velvet LED tiles and boasting more than 65 million pixels; over 400 relaxation lounger chairs; and a 100-foot-long curved bar that conforms to the shape of the video wall. Every seat in the The Westgate SuperBook was designed to offer a “front-row” viewing experience.
