Hi, I have a Tivo HD with a cable card and was wondering what might be the best way to see if I could get it to capture the channel .. I thought the cable company uses thier channel map download which overrides anything that might be local , is there a way I can get the cable tech to add it to the channel map?
Unfortunately, there is no way for a user or a field technician to add our channel to the plan. We have spoken to TIVO about having their box look for our channel and present it to you, but that’s sometime in the future. Please post this same request on their site – it might help move things faster.
