Welcome!

Welcome to the Zv Community. In this regular blog, we will inform you of the latest ZeeVee news, ZvBox tips, and a variety of related information. We will also let you know where to find what you might be looking for on this web site and share with you the best ways to interact with us and the rest of the Zv community. In this initial blog, I wanted to give you an idea for how our web site is structured. On the Community page (as well as the Support page), you will find a link to the Forums. These forums are designed for the members of the Zv community to ask questions, help each other out, and share ideas. These include: tips on setting up ZvBox, tips on using ZvBox, suggested sources of Internet video content, recommend HDTVs and tuners, and recommended computers and video cards. We’d also like to get your feature suggestions, as we are constantly working on improving ZvBox firmware and the user interface. Consider these forums the informal way to get help and communicate with your fellow ZvBox users. While ZeeVee staff will monitor these forums and respond to some postings (staffers will all have clearly designated ZeeVee signatures or avatars), anyone is free to jump in to help out if they know the answer to a problem or have good usage ideas.

The Support page is where all the “official” support information is located. Here we store all the approved responses to frequently asked questions, support documentation, instructional videos, legal notices, contact information, etc. This content comes from our knowledge of ZvBox (we did create it after all), and trends and suggestions we get from supporting ZvBox customers directly. We will also extract relevant content from the Forums and post it to the Support page as FAQs or in some other form (e.g., video) that makes sense. So while you may get some fast and helpful response to your questions in the Zv Community forums, you can trust that everything you see on the Support page has the “seal of approval” from ZeeVee.

Just one last note. We at ZeeVee are committed to being transparent and helpful with our customers. We are excited about ZvBox and realize it is a real breakthrough for the industry, and we want you to be excited about it too. So, whether it is through the forums, the Support page, or directly contacting us, we promise to try our best and demonstrate professionalism in all our interactions with you. We also ask that you too, through these forums, return the favor and be respectful and fact-based in your postings here. We may not always get everything right, but you can count on us to try our best. We want to build a lasting relationship with you, and share this journey of discovery with the entire Zv community as we together redefine home entertainment.

So once again, from the entire ZeeVee team, welcome on board!

Brian, help me out.. I want to beta test this.
